The bill (Reg. No. 2370) aims at improving civil procedural legislation in regard to defining the order of court proceedings of demands on debt collection for paying housing and communal services, protection of citizens’ rights and interests, guaranteeing the opportunities of their participation in court sessions and providing explanations for demands, etc.

The bill suggests exclude clause 3 from part 1 of article 96 of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine.

The people’s deputies stressed that the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Court, and the Higher Specialized Court for Civil and Criminal Cases, having made their remarks, believe that that bill contains illiquid suggestions.
